Entrepreneurial Country Lead – Germany (Sales & Growth)

About the Role
- We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to take ownership of PIT Solutions’ German operations and unlock the market’s full potential.
- This role goes far beyond classic sales. It is about building, leading, and scaling the German business, with sales as a core responsibility and entrepreneurship as a mindset.
- You will act as the face of PIT Solutions in Germany, driving sales, business growth, partnerships, and long-term market presence for an AI-driven, cloud-first software services company operating in the digital space.
- Munich is our preferred strategic base, but we are open to strong candidates across Germany.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and grow PIT Solutions’ business in Germany.
- Own sales and revenue growth end-to-end (from lead generation to deal closure).
- Leverage your personal and professional network to open doors and build trust.
- Position PIT Solutions as a long-term digital and AI partner for German clients.
- Shape solutions together with technical and delivery teams.
- Build and manage key client and technology partner relationships.
- Act with a founder’s mindset: proactive, accountable, and opportunity-driven.

Experience & Background
- Experience in selling or consulting around software, cloud, digital platforms, or IT services.
- Understanding of modern digital solutions (custom software, cloud, eCommerce, mobile, AI-enabled systems).
- Experience working with German clients.
- Exposure to offshoring or nearshoring delivery models is a strong plus.
- Fluent German and English required.
- Years of experience are less important than mindset, drive, and credibility.
