We are a Swiss-India technology services company helping SMEs and startups access highly skilled, affordable software engineering talent. Over the last 20+ years, we have grown into a global organization with nearly 1,000 employees and a strong reputation for quality and reliability.
We opened our German entity two years ago and now want to scale it with a true entrepreneurial leader, someone who wants to build, not just manage.
The Opportunity
This is not a classical corporate MD role.
It is an opportunity to build the German business from the ground up with:

What You Will Do
Go-to-Market & Growth
- Build and execute the German market entry and growth strategy
- Win new clients (SMEs, mid-market companies, startups)
- Leverage our Swiss brand and strong success stories
- Position our nearshore/offshore delivery model clearly and persuasively
Leadership & Ownership
- Be the face of the company in Germany
- Build and lead a small, high-performance sales & delivery team
- Develop strong partnerships with tech hubs, chambers, and industry associations
Operations & P&L
- Own revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction for the German market
- Manage legal, compliance, and local operations (with support from Switzerland)
- Report directly to the CSO & Founder and collaborate with global teams
Who You Are
An entrepreneur at heart — someone who wants to build something meaningful.
You bring:
- A few years of experience in IT consulting, nearshoring/offshoring, software services, or SaaS
- Solid experience in winning and managing clients
- A strong network in the German tech ecosystem (bonus, not mandatory)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A founder mindset: proactive, relentless, hands-on, accountable
